+ When is the best time to call the box office?

Our box office is not staffed between performances. Between shows, simply leave a detailed message on the box office voicemail. You may find it even more convenient to email us at boxoffice@milltownplayers.org.

+ I bought tickets and now I have a conflict. Can I change the date?

Yes! The change fee is $2 per ticket and can be taken care of at this link on our website: [https://milltownplayers.ludus.com/200442214]

Ticket change requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the performance to qualify for the exchange.

**Ticket changes are complimentary for season subscribers.

+ How do I get my tickets?

NEW! Click the link in your ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL to choose how you would like to get your tickets.

+ What does WILL CALL mean?

WILL CALL on your tickets means that we will print the tickets you purchased and have them waiting for you at the performance. Our WILL CALL volunteer is located next to our ticket sales, and tickets are available for pickup 30 minutes before the performance. Tickets are held under the name of the purchaser, unless you request otherwise.

+ Help! I'm at the theater and I can't get my tickets to come up on my phone! What do I do?

Come to the box office and we can pull up your seats and print new tickets for you.

+ Do I have to use the website to make reservations with my season tickets?

No, contact our box office for assistance with your season ticket reservations. Email or call the box office number with a detailed message that includes your name, your preferred performance date, and your preferred seating, and we will be glad to take care of that for you.

+ Can I purchase season tickets through the website?

Yes! Click on "SHOWS" at the top of our website, and select "CURRENT SEASON". There you will see the option for "TICKET PACKAGES"

+ How can I become a Mill Town Players Sponsor?

Click the "DONATE" link on our website for details on sponsoring our shows.

+ How can I get discounted tickets?

We offer a discount to students, military, and/or anyone aged 65 or older. You can purchase the discounted tickets through our website.

+ Do you have handicap-accessible seating?

Yes, we have a limited number of seats for handicapped patrons.

+ Do you sell concessions?

We sell bottled water and snacks as well as Mill Town Players merch. Our concessions table is located in the back corner of the theater on the ground floor.

+ What time should I arrive at the theater?

The auditorium opens for seating 30 minutes before the performance. Our lobby waiting area is very small, so we advise against arriving earlier.

+ What if we get there late?

When our performance starts and the lights go down, it becomes very difficult for patrons to find specific seats, and it is disruptive to the performers on stage. Our House Manager may, at her discretion, seat you at the rear of the theater until intermission, when you will be able to find your ticketed seats.
