Our box office is not staffed between performances. Between shows, simply leave a detailed message on the box office voicemail. You may find it even more convenient to email us at boxoffice@milltownplayers.org.
+ I bought tickets and now I have a conflict. Can I change the date?
Yes! The change fee is $2 per ticket and can be taken care of by contacting the box office by email or voicemail.
Ticket change requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the performance to qualify for the exchange.
***Ticket changes are complimentary for season subscribers.
+ How can I get discounted tickets?
We offer a discount to anyone aged 65 or older, students, and active or retired military. You can purchase the discounted tickets through our website.
For discounted tickets, as soon as you select a seat, you need to change it from Adult to Senior, BEFORE you "ADD TO CART"

+ What does WILL CALL mean?
Selecting WILL CALLfor your tickets means that we will print the tickets you purchased and have them waiting for you at the performance. Our WILL CALL volunteer is located next to our ticket sales, and tickets are available for pickup 30 minutes before the performance. Tickets are held under the name of the purchaser, unless you request otherwise. Tickets are only held at Will Call if you select Will Call as your delivery method.

+ How can I become a Mill Town Players Sponsor?
Click the "DONATE" link on our website for details on sponsoring our shows.
+ Do you sell concessions?
We sell bottled water and snacks as well as Mill Town Players merch. Our concessions table is located in the back corner of the theater on the ground floor.
+ What time should I arrive at the theater?
The auditorium opens for seating 30 minutes before the performance. Our lobby waiting area is very small, so we advise against arriving earlier.
+ What if we get there late?
Late entries are disruptive to both our performers and our audience. Our House Manager may seat late arrivals at the back of the theater or in the balcony for the remainder of the first act, and you can move to your ticketed seat during intermission.
+ Do you have handicap-accessible seating?
Yes, we have two types of seats for handicapped patrons. On the ground floor, F 102-110 and F 301-309 are designated as handicapped. These are regular seats with no row in front of them for ease of access. We also have wheelchair accessible areas: rows B, C, and D in the 100s and 300s section feature padded chairs which our ushers can remove for wheelchairs.
+ Is there a handicap entrance?
There is a ramp on the left side of the building which enters at the handicapped section in the 100s. ***Please be aware that this entrance is also utilized by our performers during the show, so it is necessary to be seated before the show begins.
+ Who can sit in handicap seats?
According to the official ADA guidelines, handicapped patrons are allowed to book up to 3 additional seats for their companions (as long as seats are available) for a total of four seats.
+ Do you have seating for larger folks?
Patrons who cannot fit into our regular seats may book chairs in the wheelchair-accessible areas of rows B, C, and D in the 300s section, which is the first 3 rows of the 300s section on the main floor.
