Mill Town Players is a community theater whose purpose is to entertain, inspire, and enrich our community by providing quality and affordable live theater.

Through the production of remarkable shows and the operation of quality educational programs, Mill Town Players works to be an extraordinary community theater in the Upstate and a valuable member of the South Carolina arts community. Tickets

 

Shows run at 7:30 pm Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and 3 pm on Sundays.

Tickets can be purchased online on this page or can be purchased at the box office one hour before the show starts. 

Online sales close 2 hours before the show starts.  Tickets will still be available at the box office (unless sold out).

Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before the show starts.

$10 for the general public
$8 for seniors (age 65+) 
$8 for military
$7 for students (18 and under)

Handicapped seating is no longer sold online.

 

 

While Mill Town Players strives to produce quality family entertainment, our shows are not recommended for children under the age of four.

All audience members regardless of age must have his or her own seat.

As a courtesy to others, parents are asked to remove restless or noisy children from the auditorium.

Have you always wondered how to find that perfect audition monologue? And once you have it, are you curious how to prepare it? Our first installment of the Adult Acting for the spring will explore the art of monologue performance. Beginning with selecting the right material and continuing through its performance, this class will have you performing solo with confidence!
• Sundays, 5:00-7:00PM
• March 4th-25th (4 sessions)

Join us as we explore the building blocks of theater performance. Gain confidence on stage through high energy games, activities, and work with scripted material. The class will culminate in an informal sharing of students' work for family, friends, and the community at large.

• Age Range: 3rd - 5th Grade
• Dates: Mondays, March 5th - April 30th from 4:30PM - 5:30PM
• Please use the "Buying for Someone Else" option to enter your child's information when purchasing

Come join us in a class focused on cultivating the fundamental skills of compelling performances. Move beyond theater games and participate in acting exercises and group activities to build ensemble, discover techniques for creating truthful characters, and become creative collaborators. The class will culminate in an informal sharing of students' work for family, friends, and the community at large.
• Age Range: 6th - 8th Grade
• Dates: Mondays, March 5th - April 30th from 5:45PM - 7:00PM
• Please use the "Buying for Someone Else" option to enter your child's name when purchasing

Come join us in a class focused on cultivating the fundamental skills of compelling performances. Take your acting skills to the next level through exercises and group activities aimed at building ensemble, discovering techniques for creating truthful characters, and understanding applying those skills in performance. The class will culminate in an informal sharing of students' work for family, friends, and the community at large.

• Dates: Mondays, March 5th - April 30th from 7:00PM - 8:30PM
